ALL APPOINTMENTS MADE (UNLESS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR) WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION SMS OR EMAIL. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE SMS OR EMAIL TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR US TO KNOW WHICH CLIENTS WILL ATTEND, AND PREPARE ACCORDINGLY.
IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, THE SALON STAFF WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU VIA PHONE, SMS OR SOCIAL MEDIA TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE WITH YOU.
IF THE SALON STAFF HAVE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO REACH YOU FOR CONFIRMATION, YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME MAY BE GIVEN TO ANOTHER CLIENT, OR CANCELLED, AS UNCONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS USUALLY RESULT IN A "NO SHOW".

IF YOU NO-SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOUR NEXT BOOKING, THIS PAYMENT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE TO A NEW SERVICE.
IF YOU NO-SHOW ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY IN FULL FOR THESE BEFORE BOOKING ANY FUTURE BOOKINGS.
